ABOUT CHRIS MOORE

I’m a construction leader with deep roots in the industry and a passion for delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.My journey began in residential construction, where I framed houses for over 14 years. In 2005, I started designing and building homes independently, successfully managing my own projects for a decade. Seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow, I joined Nabholz Construction in September 2015 as a Craftsman in the commercial sector.The transition from residential to commercial construction came with a steep learning curve, but I quickly adapted and advanced through several key roles. I’ve served as a Superintendent running jobs in the field, then moved into Project Management within our Special Projects division — where I focused on business development, estimating, and successfully delivering complex projects.Today, I serve as Manager of the Special Projects division at Nabholz Construction. I’m proud to lead a talented and collaborative team that tackles a wide variety of work, including:General maintenance and repairsDoor hardware installationFraming, concrete, and SheetrockFinish carpentry, painting, and ceilingsGround-up construction, remodels, and tenant build-outsWhat sets our Special Projects team apart is our ability to deliver outstanding results even when formal plans and specifications aren’t available.
