First Financial Bank is looking to add organic growth by entering the Lafayette area market. As the Commercial Market President, I will connect with our segmented client base in Tippecanoe County and the surrounding counties. We have a branch network in place with 5 branches in the surrounding metro and rural areas. I will provide knowledge in commercial banking to support these branches when need be and grow the commercial client base in the area. I bring a dynamic, transparent and honest commercial banking style to my prospects and clients. The goal is to help small and medium enterprises navigate capital needs for working capital, capital expense, growth through acquisition and exit strategies. I have a team of internal partners that support my client beyond their capital needs. Our collective goal is to provide the best solutions knowing efficiencies and improvements are ever changing. Primary focus in C&I lending with specialty in medical practices, manufacturing, construction, professional services providers, IT service providers and other niche industries. Our internal team has experience in exit strategies (Internal, External, ESOP.), research/due diligence for acquisitions, treasury management, merchant services, wealth advising, and private banking. In my free time, I spend time with my family. We enjoy the outdoors especially boating, biking, fishing, and hiking.
