In my current role as Senior Client Partner on the Government Services Team at FranklinCovey, I am responsible for helping US Federal agencies align powerful learning and development solutions to meet their critical objectives. I manage a robust portfolio of business across the federal sector, engaging with senior leaders at multiple government agencies including Dept of Interior, DHS, NASA, USAID, and others.My clients value my ability to help them get results which require a change in human behavior. Prior to FranklinCovey, I worked with SportAmerica to build the world’s largest library of sports instructional videos from the ground up. In my roles as marketing director, production manager, video editor, graphic designer, and business development lead, I helped the organization grow sales and increase their reach with coaches and players at all levels. In addition, I provided marketing and strategic development support for creating Athleticquest.net, a premier recruiting service which connects high school athletes with college coaches.I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University – Pueblo.
