I am the Culinary Director/Executive Chef of an Abex award Winning care home Harbour Landing Village. Also as well an award winning restaurant Roots Kitchen and Bar a upscale casual dining restaurant, which won the prairie dog best of food awards, as well nominated for Abex awards. I always am focusing on locally sourced menu ingredients, both for food and beverage with the best quality possible. My roll has been to successfully run the Food and beverage department for the whole facility staying in line with foods and labour costs both for front of house and back of house. I started with opening the facility in December 2016 and have successfully grown the restaurant and senior side to new levels with creativity for both elderly and public areas.
