As a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager my responsibilities include- Collecting and presenting product improvement opportunities - Gathering customer, prospect, and partner input to understand challenges and requirements - Assess new technologies and determine how to utilize them to improve our product line - Monitor and prioritize product implementation and issues - Creating and providing a product roadmap and vision- Create and train others on product release details - Work in partnership with the Development Manager to mentor and direct work for more junior team members - Work with Engineering Director to determine product sustainability - Implement and adhere to educational packaging and assessment standards created by 1EdTech - Provide and inform client strategy for migrating from other systems to Brightspace - Actively work along side an AWS engineering team
