SWAT Projects was formed with the goal of providing Tier 1 project management and execution service to the Oil and Gas Industry in the specific niche areas of sustaining capital and retrofit projects focused on operating facility assets, with a complimentary PMT services.Fit for purpose execution, accountability and talent. We believe that the focus on these three elements have been lost or diluted in the traditional EP/EPC execution models. We believe clients are looking for more certainty in this area. We believe in order for a firm to be successful in this niche platform, it needs to be the core focus of that company, such that the fit for purpose approach, people, systems, and culture are geared towards optimal execution. It becomes the identity of the company, not a side arm or spin off. Our focus isn’t multi billion dollar facilities, or pipelines that run coast to coast. Our bread and butter is the type of project that impact your operations both day to day, and long term. Whether it is debottlenecking a facility, adding compression in a field asset, or acquiring a simple one of service such as cost estimating, it is our CORE business, and we intend to stick to it without the growth distractions from large projects and the market swings. At SWAT Projects, my role as the Project Services Lead focuses on the shared services that contribute to the overall successful execution of a project.
