I advise clients on CLOs and securitisations.I was inducted into the Legal 500 \"Hall of Fame\" for securitisation in 2023 and The Lawyer Hot 100 in 2020. I also advise clients on sustainability matters including aspects of the European Green Deal.I drafted the main policy proposals in the G20 white paper on sustainable securitisation, the main recommendation in which was adopted by the European Central Bank in 2021 (the ECB amended its asset purchase and liquidity rules to support the energy transition with EUR 850 billion of new money).In 2020, I partnered with UN Women to develop the model for sovereign gender equality bonds.
