Oversee a department of 30+ staff, ensuring the effective operation of post-trade market surveillance, AML/KYC, MiFID transaction reporting, and member onboarding functions. Ensure timely identification of suspicious transactions and reporting to relevant competent authorities.Maintain close engagement with regulators (e.g. FCA, CFTC) and industry bodies. IFEU Compliance Officer, responsible for undertaking investigation and disciplinary processes for suspected rule and regulation violations. Responsible for the administration of the ICE Brent Crude Index benchmark and adherence to the UK Benchmarks Regulation.
