Coordination of internal and external quality checks in accordance with legislative procedures performing pipe design, installation, pipe support and maintenance and pressure testing assessments within permitted timescales.• Assist with auditing processes recording full outcomes and proactively taking action to remedy any shortfalls. • Continuous improvement methodology; striving to develop and enhance the quality system.• Completion and filing of all quality records allowing immediate availability for government auditors.• Revalidation and qualification of equipment in consultation with the Management team ensuring all industry standards are met and safety practices upheld. • Maintaining equipment records and distributing equipment for repair.• Assist with training providing clear guidance and instruction to contractors ensuring they comply fully with all necessary procedures. • Maintain all documentation to renew accreditations promptly.• Remain proactive and responsive to clients and suppliers providing an exemplary service and fostering long term relationships.• Ensure all contractors work in accordance with healthy and safety requirements eliminating potential risks to welfare.• Review complaints, responding appropriately within company guidelines and effect improvements if necessary.• Construct and co-ordinate Pneumatic/Hydro testing. • Building and signing off of Test packs/ Weld dossiers and LTQR’s.
