Leading Belfast’s designation as a UNESCO City of Music, shaping and implementing a city-wide music strategy that celebrates local talent and fosters international collaboration. Directing a multidisciplinary team of 10, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing culture to deliver impactful cultural initiatives. Developing and influencing cultural policy at city and regional levels, aligning with broader agendas such as social cohesion, economic regeneration, and international cultural diplomacy. Championing cross-sector partnerships and community engagement, ensuring cultural development is rooted in the lived experiences and aspirations of Belfast’s diverse communities.
