ABOUT CHRIS MAXTED
I have 19 years consulting experience in helping Pharma and Life Sciences clients to structure and run more effective businesses in areas from drug development through to post approval market access. I have collaborated with a number of clients to help guide them through the shifting regulatory environment, in particular around Quality Management Systems within drug development, and the constantly evolving clinical and pharmacovigilance regulations. I believe strongly that any company can only transform by engaging its people at all levels, so that they can be a part of designing the future, embrace the change and become champions for the new ways of working. I am passionate about sharing my experiences in people led transformation with my clients so that I can help them to achieve outcomes that are sustainable and embed capabilities that allow them to continue improving in the future.
