I have worked for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. a subsidiary of a UK based company, Wolseley PLC for 29 years. Wolseley plc is the world\'s largest specialist trade distributor of plumbing and heating products to professional contractors and a leading supplier of building materials in North America, the UK and Continental Europe. Previous experience with the company includes inside and outside sales, branch management, sales and systems training and sales management. Current position includes P&L responsibilities for the showroom and builder business, engaging over 450 associates across the state in residential plumbing, showroom, appliances, lighting and cabinets.Specialties: I have worked in sales and business management to grow sales and increase market share. I also have experience in recruiting and human resources as the manager of training and development. I developed a training and retention plan for our sales management program locally and had HR responsibilities for 240 associates covering 8 businesses.Most recently as Director, strategic planning, P&L ownership, sales management, HR in a fast paced ever changing construction/building segment.
