Founded more than 100 years ago by Abigail Geisinger for her central Pennsylvania community, everything we do is about caring for our patients, our members, our students, our Geisinger family and our communities. As Geisinger expands and evolves to meet regional needs and develops innovative, national programs, Geisinger Workplace Design & Delivery draws on its diverse clinical and creative capabilities to offer planning, design, construction and facility activation services in support of these goals. Transition Planning services provide experienced project managers who in collaboration with facilities planners, architects & engineers, clinical specialists, interior designers, technology and logistics experts, shepherd management teams through the process of large enterprise changes. Through the identification of current and long-term facility requirements, budget forecasting and the development of project plans, we set expectations and manage processes that maintain, assess and improve the health systems services.
