Department and Site leadership role managing and providing direction for the Lonza Slough & Cambridge UK Program Management team (40 Program/Project Managers + Admin/Analysts). • Member of the Site Leadership Team representing PM team, our Customers and providing an integrated view of project status, issues and resource requirements. Actively contributing to the overall site strategy, development and growth• Lead on annual identification of improvement and focus areas for the PM department, while setting clear objectives and strategy for the team aligned with company goals and customer feedback (lessons learned)• Leading major global and local initiatives from idea generation to implementation• PM recruitment, talent development, coaching and mentoring• Accountable for the coordination of the site customer portfolio execution covering early/late clinical development through to manufacturing and launch, including planning alignment (from demand to execution), prioritisation, escalation management and customer interactions• Responsible for ensuring completion of monthly Site level PM Reporting / Project Status Reports and provide ad hoc metrics reporting to Global Management as needed• Ensure optimal Project team organisation, empowering team members and definition of clear roles and responsibilities for both PMs and Project Reps• Support Site Head in preparation of budget/annual Target process and reports• Lead the monthly S & OP meeting and provide a monthly reforecast of all site based deliverables• SLT Sponsor for Site People Pillar focusing on initiatives to improve employee engagement, IDB, Community connections and recognition
