Martell Property Ltd is currently offering private investors the opportunity to \'beat the banks\' by investing in property with them. We use our investors\' capital, along with our own funds and expertise, to source, secure, fund, refurbish and rent out investment properties long term. We craft win-win scenarios for retirement income streams that expand our portfolio and generate an excellent rate of return for our investors, especially when compared to the current \'savings & investment\' landscape. While current returns from banks, ISAs and pensions range from 0-4%, our returns are always 5% or greater.We invest in buy-to-let properties (BTL) let out through a management letting agent, serviced accommodations (SA, through AirBnB, Booking.com, etc.) and houses of multiple occupancy (HMO\'s) that are rented out by the room. All of our properties cash flow (produce profit) from day one, and we do not rely on capital appreciation to make money. We purchase properties below market value due to one of five reasons: they have potential for development or are underutilized, they are in an area with strong rental demand, they may have issues that need creative problem-solving, they are distressed, or they are being sold by motivated or distressed sellers. This allows us to lock in equity at the outset (and/or when we refurbish) and this makes our investment more secure.We have helped hundreds of homeowners and investors renovate their properties, ranging from 3-bed semis in Leeds to luxury London penthouses to hotels in North Yorkshire.
