I am an experienced Business Restructuring specialist and provide support to companies facing financial challenges. My approach is commercially focused, hands on and I will take appointments in either an executive or advisory capacity.My focus is working with management teams to identify options that address their issues, a process which often involves the preparation or review of business/turnaround plans and financial projections. I have significant experience in supporting businesses implement restructuring solutions and advising boards and managing stakeholders accordingly. This may require coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver financial modelling, financial restructure, refinance, working capital and operational improvements or an accelerated exit/disposal of part the business. As a licensed insolvency practitioner I will take insolvency appointment in situations where a formal process is required to support a restructuring or exit process.Typically I work with businesses with turnovers in the range of £5m to £300m and across a broad number of sectors including property, manufacturing, automotive and healthcare.
