ABOUT CHRIS MARLYN
I have been appraising property for over 25 years. I have broad experience with commercial property valuation, and have valued office buildings, shopping centres, industrial developments, apartment building and hotels across western Canada. My clients are predominantly lenders and investors in mid to large scale real estate, and I help them by bringing together the resources of the world’s leading commercial real estate company to provide valuation solutions for a wide variety of uses. While the valuation process may, at times, be complicated, working with your appraiser shouldn’t be. That’s where my team and I come in. Outside of work, I live in Calgary, am married and have three children. I enjoy spending time in the mountains during the winter, skiing at both Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. In the summer months, I am an avid but not yet accomplished golfer! I am also a big fan of both the Calgary Flames and the Calgary Stampeders, attending most homes games.
