My passion has shone in launching new restaurants in intensely competitive geographic areas and setting them apart as must-go-to establishments, building a James Beard recognized bar program, and turning around lagging operations to make them wildly profitable endeavors.In addition to creating incomparable dining experiences, I gain tremendous satisfaction from developing people.
