   I serve as a Senior Staff UX Designer at WellSky, driving UX strategy and design excellence across our solutions while managing and mentoring a team of UX professionals. My role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution: I advise on complex design challenges, collaborate with senior management to integrate UX into our development processes and culture, and contribute directly through research and design work.As a people manager, I build high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, providing targeted coaching and feedback, and creating opportunities for designers and researchers to stretch their skills on challenging problems.
