Responsible for the efficient and successful operation of USL\'s Men\'s and Women\'s Professional and Pre-Professional Leagues• Develop and support operational processes across all USL workstreams including digital, communications, ticketing, corporate partnerships, broadcast, and finance. • Serve as the primary liaison for external partners including the Professional Referee Organization, Department of Homeland Security, Teamworks, Sports Travel Management, Event Safety Alliance, Vista Worldlink, and Spiideo, as it pertains to League management. • Facilitate the development, implementation, and management of the season schedule.• Hands on in the planning and execution of League Championship events including fan experience, security, matchday planning, award ceremonies, press conferences, and more. • Serve as the primary organizer and content creator for the annual League meetings. Lead the “State of the League” address, procure relevant guest speakers, and develop relevant content.• Lead the annual review process to reflect new initiatives, address areas of concern, and raise the overall professionalism and operating capacity of the League and its members.• Review and edit the Leagues “Operations Manual” on an annual basis and provide education as needed. • Work in conjunction with the member clubs to maximize their gameday experience, business operations, venue efficiency and safety, travel, and player operations based on key feedback, analysis, and necessary contractual deliverables.• Develop weekly, monthly, and annual operational efficiency reports for internal and external distribution.• Oversee internal Professional and Pre-Professional Operations staff and numerous seasonal employees across the United States. Work in conjunction with HR to conduct performance reviews.
