   To all my friends on LinkedIn - I am happy to formally announce the creation of PIER Technology Recruiting. PIER – Payments, Incentives and Loyalty, Ecommerce, and Retail. These are the 4 primary verticals that I’ve spent the past 14 years recruiting within. During this time, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some very progressive and innovative companies, both big and small, who have developed and brought to market creative and exciting technologies that help businesses and people maximize their financial potential. By driving revenue, increasing profitability, rewarding employees for achieving goals and consumers for their loyalty, or giving individuals access to financial products that enable them to save and manage their finances or participate in the exploding world of online and global commerce, these companies have found a way to create Win-Win scenarios for their shareholders and customers. It excites me to be able to play a small role in their growth. More than this, I’ve been blessed to meet and get to know thousands of wonderful people across the country and the globe who have shared their stories with me and entrusted me with both their personal and career goals in the hopes that when the right opportunity comes along, I will remember those stories and help them make a career transition that will have long lasting positive effects on them and their families. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to create PIER Technology Recruiting and my hope is that I will continue to be able to help the people and companies within these and other emerging verticals, find the Jobs and Employees they need to exceed their goals.
