WORK HISTORY
Co-founder & Executive Director @Insightshare
InsightShare - We are passionate about social justice and locally-led change. We use participatory video to enable people to see and hear one another in new ways. We work with marginalized people who understand their local issues better than anyone and hold the keys to appropriate and innovative solutions. InsightShare are breaking down barriers between stakeholders to address critical problems in new ways, replacing the old ways of top down initiatives imposed on people. Unlike many development interventions and well meaning charitable acts we amplify collective intelligence and build consensus to support locally-led change. See

ABOUT CHRIS LUNCH
For over 25 years, I’ve worked where trust is fragile, power is uneven, and the cost of poor decisions is high. From marginalised communities in the Global South and urban Europe, to executive networks, international corporations, UN agencies, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. My core belief is simple: systems transform more effectively when those most affected are directly involved in shaping solutions.I design collaborative architectures that enable diverse actors, including business leaders, institutions, youth, citizens, and civil society, to think systemically and act collectively. This is where passive recipients become active agents and where control-based models shift to co-creation without collapsing into chaos. In executive contexts, I create environments where leaders and CEOs go beyond silos and filter bubbles, unlocking insight, collaboration, and collective action. Recent work includes reshaping a CEO network to address complexity, ecological transition, AI, and uncertainty through P2P processes and collective intelligence rather than top-down answers. In community and development contexts, I facilitate participatory processes that empower “unheard” voices to shape decisions affecting their lives, shifting people from beneficiaries of programmes to architects of their own futures. The bridge between these worlds is the heart of my work. What I learn in high-stakes, low-trust environments informs how I help organisations navigate uncertainty, legitimacy, and systemic risk. What I learn with leaders ensures community-rooted insight connects to real levers of change.I co-founded InsightShare in a regenerative enterprise pioneering participatory and storytelling-based approaches for locally led innovation. We share our methods openly through tools, trainings, and capacity-building because resilient systems depend on distributed capability, not dependency on experts. My role is catalytic: bringing unlikely actors together to release energy, surface blind spots, strengthen relationships, and help people rediscover their collective agency to envision, decide, and act within complexity.
