I consider myself incredibly fortunate having been in the senior housing industry for the last 17 years. There have certainly been some challenges and successes and if nothing else I know for sure, it has definitely been a journey. I love the culture, and the gratification I get for making an impact on the residents and family members we touch. Mostly though I am thrilled to be empowered to make a difference.I have always believed to be successful in sales one has to have the ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships, transfer enthusiasm to prospects as well as coach and motivate those around us. Believing in these traits has been at the center of everything I do as a professional. My colleagues will tell you I am efficient and organized; a helpful people person with superior follow-through; and excellent at building rapport and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Taking command of an operation or project, then guiding it to new levels is also something I am very passionate about. I am an exuberant person, who works to establish good rapport and make a positive impact on everyone I meet. I believe being creative goes a long way and I believe success is measurable.
