   I lead a team of professionals delivering HR related technology solutions. We implemented Workday HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and PRISM Analytics, going live in April of 2023. Since that point we have completed 100 optimization projects, added Workday Learning in April of 2024 and are in the process of standing up Peakon for continual employee listening. Under my direction we have stabilized the system and have multiple successes in automating and improving HR processes and leveraging our tools to inform business decisions.
