I believe in using data and evidence to put users first when building products.These products structure so much of our lives. They influence how we shop, how we work, how we date, and how we connect with family and friends. The teams behind these products have power over users-understanding user needs, motivations, behaviours, and pain points helps us exercise this power responsibly while creating the best possible products for them.Doing so means making use of data and evidence in a variety of forms, because product teams have many different questions. If we only have a methodological hammer, then our answer\'s \"nail\" every time.
