I spent over a decade leading inside Chick-fil-A—nine years in restaurant leadership and five years in the Leadership Development Program (LDP). During that time, I led 11 restaurant Grand Openings across seven states, served as Interim Manager for 5 corporately owned locations, and was considered for operator selection for two restaurant locations. Now, having stepped away from pursuing Chick-fil-A ownership, I have built a business of my own. Supporting and coaching current and future Chick-fil-A operators.
