About Chris Linson

Hello, I’m Chris Linson, Senior Trainer & Instructional Designer with 20+ years experience in both Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Tablets and Liquids) and Public Education (K-College). As Senior Trainer/ Instructional Designer, I work closely with the Directors of Manufacturing and Quality, playing an integral part in several initiatives. I helped with the successful rollout and implementation our LMS, ComplianceWire and our Document Control platform, MasterControl. I have created training using Captivate 9, and Articulate 360 publishing, as well as other authoring tools. I was co-project lead and developer of our New Employees Orientation (NEO) and Contractor training. I work closely with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to develop computer based and ILT training. I am able to expertly identify all training needs and then deliver appropriate instruction to ensure employees are FDA compliant and abreast of the latest updates. I collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to ensure delivery of effective training. Additionally, I am the plant liaison for our employees with special needs with outside services that help make them successful at their jobs.
