Construction is not just my profession. It is a responsibility passed down through four generations.I am Chris Lidel, Owner and CEO of Lidel Construction. Our company was founded in 1921 by my great-grandfather and carried forward by my grandfather and father. Today, my brother Todd and I are proud to lead the next chapter, building on the same values that have guided our work for more than a century.I grew up around job sites and equipment, learning early that this industry is about far more than excavation and utilities. It is about accountability. When customers trust you with their projects, they are trusting you with schedules, budgets, and the long-term success of what they are building. That mindset continues to shape how we operate today.Lidel Construction partners with residential and commercial developers, general contractors, and public entities to provide excavation, utility installation, and complete site development services. Our work includes mass excavation, grading, trenching, drainage, and infrastructure preparation. Our role is simple but critical. We make sure projects start on solid ground and move forward without unnecessary risk or delays.What sets us apart is our approach to each project. We take the time to understand site conditions, project goals, and potential challenges before the first machine moves.
