   Oct 2014 — Present

   I orchestrate one of the largest ongoing IT projects at Service Master with a $5M budget and extensive vendor involvement. I guide the project through each step of the SDLC with ownership over strategy and implementation. I also manage 10-12 subprojects in addition to main project. This requires me to work intensively with senior leaders to establish priorities and acquire resources, as well as train and mentor teams in Agile methodology.* Rescued project from failure and delivered it on time and within budget.* Led software implementation that increased revenue stream for Franchise Services Division by 15 to 30%.* Delivered $2M infrastructure project to upgrade all server operating systems to latest supportable MS operating system
