After a long, successful career in Corporate America, I decided it was time to finally pursue my dream of owning a business - I am living that dream today.Through the experiences I had over many roles of increasing responsibility, I have become a seasoned and results-driven business management and operations expert with a broad base of experience. I am adept in a wide variety of working and team models, technologies, and responsibilities in fast-changing environments. I am passionate about excellent written and articulate verbal communication and am highly skilled at facilitating and influencing at all levels. My special sauce is a unique joyful energy that binds and drives teams. I am known for my love of helping team members grow through coaching.
