ABOUT CHRIS LENTJES

With over 20 years of work experience in the e-commerce and logistics industry, I am passionate about simplifying cross border commerce with market leading AI trade compliance and customs solutions. As the CEO of Eurora US, I lead the strategy and execution of our innovative products and services that help e-commerce sellers, logistics providers, marketplaces, and postal operators navigate the complex and dynamic global trade environment. I believe in delivering value to our clients, partners, and stakeholders by leveraging data, technology, and domain expertise, and by fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and customer-centricity within our team. Prior to joining Eurora, I was the Vice President of Product Management, Delivery & Returns at Pitney Bowes, where I developed and delivered transportation and technology solutions for retailers, marketplaces, webshops, and partners to compete and win in e-commerce. I was responsible for managing the product portfolio, roadmap, and lifecycle, as well as driving innovation, growth, and profitability. I also worked closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of our products and solutions. Some of the skills that I applied and enhanced in this role include new business development, process improvement, and competitive analysis. I also earned a Machine Learning for Business Professionals certificate from Coursera to deepen my knowledge and skills in AI and data science.
