This RCA procedures have helped improve issue redundancy as the root cause is found and remediated through the RCA initiated. Periodically engage in equipment modification projects to enhance performance and reliability measures for OEM systems including sensors, conveyance, HMIs, software and other industrial/SCADA equipment. Partake in scheduled monthly on-the Job continues learning programs to learn new skills through training to develop expertise in maintaining relevant equipment. This has improved overall productivity/efficiency of the RME team. Conduct regular inspections/ Preventative maintenance activities on Amazon industrial equipment like Allen Bradley systems, sensors, motors and conveyance and this has ensured optimal functionality and minimized downtime by 20% in comparison to the mean downtime. Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley HMIs and PLCs using Studio software, ensuring accurate operation and efficient control of equipment while utilizing proper data security measures to keep the created code secure. Collaborate with OEMs (equipment vendors) like technical support and engineers to resolve complex unusual technical issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain documentation and backup files for Allen Bradley programs, ensuring version control and quick recovery in case of system failures.
