I am managing the Vancouver office of the WSP commissioning department. WSP has approximately 50 commissioning personnel in offices across Canada. An Applied Science Technologist (graduating from BCIT), I have over 30 years of experience in the building industry primarily in commissioning, fluid balancing, and building operations documentation. During this time I have gained much understanding of the various building systems which must properly function and interact with each other for a building to be considered properly commissioned. I have performed various flavours of commissioning including commissioning in health care facilities and being the LEED Commissioning Authority on many projects. I have broad experience in commissioning management; I have mentored commissioning technologists, and have lead/performed commissioning on many projects.
