With more than 50 years in the food service industry, Life is quite exciting. Growing up in the restaurant business from the age of 6 to 15, specialty retail for 4 years, cooking in Vail and around the World for 7 years and now more than 34 years in the food service distribution and service industry. With over specialty food items and ingredients, we still source new, rare and hard to find ingredients for our high end customer base.
