ABOUT CHRIS LAMMING
I\'m a Key Account Manager with over 10 years\' experience in banking. Over these years, I have taken a keen interest in identifying growth opportunities for both the bank and clients through building trusted relationship with customers, particularly mortgage intermediaries. I count my success as the ability to constantly deliver the best service to customers whilst maintaining good results for the bank. When I am not launching a new product campaign or holding round table meetings with key customers, I will be looking for a product to reach the unserved in the market. Before this current role, I worked as a Retentions Relationship Manager and Deputy Team Manager. My main goal was to find ways to retain clients and gain more customers. I would, therefore, be required to keep in touch with clients and identify better ways to serve the existing clientele. As a Deputy Team Manager, my greatest achievement was to identify and support a team that could rally behind me in giving the best service to clients. I was pushed to identify team strengths and motivate the team to give the best to clients. In addition, I was primarily responsible for ensuring all regulations and Service Level Agreements are observed. I also worked as a customer service advisor and technical advisor while I was new to the bank. These roles helped me learn the art of talking to. Listening to and attracting clients.I endeavour to take advantage of my skills to build a lasting relationship with our clients. I am keen to interact, talk and engage with current and potential clients as we can work better together.
