As an Expert Intelligence Instructor, deliver advanced training to shape the next generation of intelligence professionals. I contribute to institutional readiness by expanding course offerings, modernizing curriculum, and aligning instruction with evolving operational demands.I collaborate closely with doctrine developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to build courses that integrate cutting-edge tradecraft, emerging threats, and joint/coalition operational realities. My work directly supports both individual Soldier development and broader Army modernization priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead course development efforts for Military Intelligence training programs, from lesson design through validation and fielding.Instruct and mentor MI officers and across a wide range of core and advanced intelligence competencies.Evaluate existing Programs of Instruction (POIs) and recommend enhancements to content, delivery methods, and instructional technology.Support institutional initiatives to expand training capacity, adapt to new operational requirements, and meet force modernization objectives.Facilitate working groups and feedback loops to ensure training remains doctrinally sound and operationally relevant.This role continues to sharpen my expertise in intelligence instruction, force development, and the strategic alignment of training with real-world mission demands—experience I now also apply in consulting for partner-nation and domestic defense training initiatives.
