I managed a team of five Technical Support Specialists. My supervisory duties included overseeing our KPI and SLA metrics, working with vendors to resolve major issues and outages, reporting key numbers to leadership, conducting one-on-ones with the team, and overseeing our UCaaS RingCentral system as super admin, among other responsibilities.
