ABOUT CHRIS KOLAREVIC

Driven by a passion for continuous growth and excellence, I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in economics, athletics, and real estate. Growing up in Traverse City, Michigan, I cultivated a strong work ethic and a commitment to success that guided my journey. In 2017 I enrolled at the University of Northern Iowa on a full ride football scholarship to study economics. In addition to success on the field as an All-American Linebacker I was able to graduate in 3 years with a 3.98 GPA in Economics. Finishing my degree a full year early allowed me to continue my educational goals and athletic pursuits. In December 2020, I enrolled at the University of Nebraska to play for the Huskers while earning my MBA. During those two years I started, played in every game, and was able to graduate with a GPA of 3.8. After graduating from UNL, I was invited to mini camps with both the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints. While I did not make those rosters, I pursued my goal of playing professionally and signed a contract with the Hamilton Tiger Cats in the CFL. After a year of playing professional football, I made the decision to transition from the game and focus on my Real Estate Career. I am now working in Commercial Real Estate Development with Noddle Companies based in Omaha, NE. In this role, I leverage my analytical skills and competitive spirit to drive success and build lasting relationships. I have found that many of the skills I developed from playing football at a high level are transferrable to Real Estate. In addition to my professional endeavors, I also serve as a radio show host for 93.7 The Ticket, where I share my insights and passion for business, football, and life. I am also actively involved in the community serving as a board member of both the Child Saving Institute Development Team and Project Harmony Service League, working to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families in need.
