Ackermann Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment platform providing in-house investment, asset management, property management, and back-office capabilities. This integrated model allows us to execute discipline, align interests across the capital stack, and manage risk through changing market conditions. The firm has invested over $1 billion in commercial and residential real estate, including multifamily units across 34 properties. Across multiple cycles, Ackermann has maintained a patient, fundamentals-driven approach, deploying capital when market dislocation creates opportunity and focusing on durable cash flow, capital preservation, and long-term value creation. Over the past decade, we have raised almost $300 million from a very loyal base of HNW friends and family investors. We have evolved from individual syndications to a fund-based platform, most recently closing our second discretionary fund. As we look ahead, our objective is to establish long-term, programmatic partnerships with like-minded capital partners seeking repeatable deployment, alignment, and scale. Our vertically integrated operating model, deep market knowledge, and disciplined investment approach position us well for a durable, multi-cycle partnership.
