I am a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) executive with 15 years of experience leading Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs across manufacturing, logistics, oil and gas, and environmental service industries in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.My background combines OSHA compliance expertise with human resources integration, helping organizations develop people-first safety systems that improve culture, performance, and compliance. I have led large-scale OHS initiatives aligned with ISO 45001 and OSHA 1910/1926 standards, while building leadership capability, engagement, and accountability throughout the workforce.I believe that safe, supported employees perform at their best.
