Im also responsible for the education and cross training of total loss specialist, physical damage specialist and clerical personnel. I research changes in state civil laws and industry trends and make recommendations to regional and home office management. I also manage and evaluate the work product of total loss specialist and physical damage specialist. As total loss supervisor I wnsure operational and performance standards are met in response to quality assurance reviews. I develop action plans to meet state specific compliance standards,company guidelines and team performance objectives.
