Analytics Center of Excellence (COE)- Lead a team of Managers and analysts to leverage data and analytics to drive strategic projects, influence business outcomes, generate insights, and enable value creation - Direct the GIS (geo-spatial) team that’s responsible for driving the roadmap for geo-analytics (toolchain, systems, processes) and managing the end-to-end value stream for geo-spatial solutions > Examples of solutions: Store site selection, acquisitions (strategic fit vs. portfolio of assets), and network optimization (distribution centers, Stores, and hub and spoke models) • Business Intelligence (BI)- Co-manage the BI roadmap for the enterprise - Act as the Product Manager for Qlik Sense (enterprise’s primary BI solution) by directing the SDLC (design, development, QA, UAT) and rollout of new applications > Deployed 75+ applications > Subject areas: Digital, Finance, HR, Marketing, National Accounts, New Distribution, Operations, Pricing, Product, Retail, Sales, and Supply Chain - Lead a rollout plan to onboard people to Qlik Sense during a multi-year implementation • Data Management (DM)- Partner with the DM team to outline the product development roadmap, based on a business value matrix, for data ingestion into the data lake and data integration into the EDW • Master Data Management (MDM)- Co-lead the roadmap of the MDM platform that the organization is using to govern Customer, Product, Store, and Supplier information • Project Management (PM)- Direct an agile PM team that prioritizes projects and product development initiatives with the functional lines of business - Examples of projects:> Build/deploy a new pricing engine > Build/deploy a new CRM solution > Build/deploy a new rebate management platform > Build/deploy a set of strategic planning/budgeting solutions > Implement a workforce management/labor analytics solution
