   Over my current tenure, my role has expanded three separate times to add increased oversight, business impact, and team resources. I currently direct all product lifecycle management, VAVE, M-CAD/IT engineering activities and am the champion for all divisional continuous improvement/lean measures across plant operations, distribution centers, and corporate offices.Lead globally based engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, M-CAD), program management, and lab teams delivering on average 106 new product launches and refinements annually and supporting all product lifecycle management for existing Lighting products for a +$2B corporation.Since 2016, have focused engineering team supporting total cost out efforts in excess of $500M. Team has recorded year over year growth cost-out rates between 2.1% to 12.8%, while surpassing defined goal by 3% to 42.4%. This success was in part related to focusing my team on the highest return on investment projects and continuously driving towards completion.Starting in 2021, assembled team to reduce engineering complexity, consolidate components/supply chain, and increase product portfolio health. Team has eliminated 22.2% of open materials, a reduction of over individual components, allowing the business to decrease complexity within our manufacturing sites, eliminate costly offsite storage, and increase customer response times.Represent R&D organization on quality and safety analysis stemming from field reports and quality notices. Interact with subject matter experts and legal counsel to develop intelligent solutions to highly complex customer facing problems.Recognized in 2020 for the inaugural ‘Passionate for Results’ corporate award.
