I am a chartered engineer with 20 years of experience in and around digital engineering across power generation, automotive and aerospace. I am a leader who has been pivotal in the agile transformation of Jaguar Land Rovers Digital Engineering Capability department transitioning from waterfall through levels of agile maturity from scrum to a scaled agile framework similar to SAFe.
