For 17 years, Chris managed service delivery and served as COO of Periscope Holdings, a leading gov-tech firm, through founder-led growth, private equity investment, and M&A integration. He led the operations of the company through a 15x growth in revenue, and from 30 employees in one location to 120 employees across the U.S. In 2021, Periscope was sold to mdf commerce, a Canadian publicly traded company. Chris has worked with public and private entities, ranging from as small as 20 employees to tens of thousands of employees. His specialty is leading organizations through transformational change, including merger and integrations, acquisitions, new business/program initiatives, and major technology changes. Chris\'s focus has always been on leading operational transformation: enabling teams to execute on the visions and strategies set by leadership. That focus led Chris to create Flyline Consulting.
