ABOUT CHRIS KAY
Have spent the last 26 years as a Regular officer in the RAF in the Admin (Training) specialisation. This has involved designing training courses and managing training programmes in areas as diverse as aircrew survival training and field telecommunications. Previously worked as a teacher in secondary schools around the country teaching English language and literature up to A Level. Particular professional interests include all manner of outdoor pursuits and survival related matters, design and delivery of collective training, performance development, international relations and global security.
