I have 34 years of experience in Commercial and Residential boilers, water heater and tankless water heater, Sump Pump, Grinder Pump, Booster Pump, hooking up and leak testing gas lines, Converting units from natural gas to propane and electric, replacement of timers and heating elements, running of water supply lines for old and new construction. I also have over 30 years experience in home theater and surround sound systems, residential and commercial appliances installation, and IP home security cameras systems, running wires in walls, installing power bridges, pre-wiring new construction, small home networking, PC data migration, IP home security cameras and systems, install and servicing of cable and satellite systems, install and replace 220v outlets, converting units from natural gas to propane, replacement of Dryer venting (existing and new thru wall), swapping of door direction, install of stack kits, replacement of dishwasher drain hoses from unit to sink, installation of under sink garbage disposals, troubleshooting. Construction knowledge. Erecting multi-unit storage facilities Have experience in commercial appliance installation. Installed and worked on high end equipment such as DCS, Thermadore, Fisher Paykal, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Bosch. Installed Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, and most common brands. I have worked for many companies such as Best Buy, HH Gregg, Home Depot, Sams Club, Domestic Appliances, Target, COSTCO, Capital Warehouse, DCS, Installs Inc, Optima Service Solutions and PC Richards.

Cut pipe using saws, pipe cutter, cutting torch, hammer and chisel and pipe cutting machine. Knowing how to select correct type and size of pipe and also layout and thread pipes using pipe thread machine. Installing pipes, flanged valves, gauges, pumps and other equipment. Fit pipe in sequence to have the welders keep it in place Read and discuss blueprints drawings
