Second award for significant cost reduction efforts in reducing paper billing costs and supporting Go Green initiatives to limit the number of pages associated with customer billing (annualized savings over 90 million while driving page count reduction to a quarter of beginning state)• IT systems strategist for large scale CRM/Billing/Sales Negotiation into a single suite of systems to reduce CCPU and improve overall customer experience.
