About Chris Johnson
As an experienced Journeyman Carpenter, I have had the opportunity to build many structures; from residential homes to structural concrete high-rise buildings and parking garages. The vast differences in how these buildings are built has allowed me to gain insight into what is required to complete these projects on-time and on budget from the ground up. Over the past several years, I have learned more about the management process and what it takes to have a successful project from pre-construction to occupancy. I have enjoyed creating and curating relationships with General Contractors, architectural and structural design teams, Superintendents, field team members, and specialty subcontractors to work together efficiently. Through these relationships, my employers have been able to secure work repeatedly with the same contractors, clients, and ownership organizations. I have a unique background that sets me apart, as I have the knowledge and ability to manage and coordinate projects, while knowing how to build them with my own hands. I look forward to bringing my hands-on construction background, technical skills, and management knowledge to Swinerton Builders in order to build long and successful relationships that benefit all involved.
