As a Senior Business Relationship Manager I coordinated the Operational IT strategy to enable clients business to turn their processes into systems. During a single ERP implementation across EMEA, I was instrumental in designing the CMMS solution which embedded previously developed Maintenance Best Practice processes. More recently he also led the IT divestment activities at R&D facilities
